mi pareja y yo estamos buscando piso en Munich y ya me he encontrado con muchos anuncios y respuestas de anunciantes de este tipo.
Normalmente siguen el mismo patrón y se les «Caza» rápido. Yo les detecto por esto:
– las fotos son espectaculares. en los alquileres reales, los alemanes muestran su casa tal y como está, con ropa, libros, algo desordenada…

– normalmente el arrendatario está viviendo en Londres o se tiene que marchar al día siguiente, pero ha contratado una agencia (en mi caso siempre me dicen que DHL) para que se haga cargo del alquiler

– el precio de la vivienda es muy inferior a lo que realmente costaría. Unos 600 o 400 euros por un «peazo» psio… Impensable e Irreal vamos…

– Si les das coba, te dicen que hagas un depósito para que te envíen las llaves, pero el depósito te lo devuelven si el piso no te gusta.

– Si escriben por correo: suelen utilizar la misma plantilla y hasta el mismo tipo de letra…

Yo no adelantaría nunca una transferencia para algo que no he visto y no se si existe realmente.

Un caso curioso que me paso, es que el arrendatario me dio mal la dirección, casualmente la de un hotel. Cuando se lo dije, me dijo que se había confundido. Las fotos que me envió aparecía que el piso tenía balcón, pero gracias a Google maps vi que ese bloque no tenía balcón… vamos, que le pillé con las manos en la masa….

Hola, la verdad me ha venido de perlas leer esto porque mi situacion es la siguiente. Me mudo al norte de Alemania a mediados de sept, encontre un piso que no estaba mal (fotos adecuadas, con habitacion desordenada y tal), me comunique con las 2 personas con las que compartiria el piso y todo bien. Ahora una de ellas me esta pidiendo que ya puedo hacer la transferencia a su cuenta bancaria de todo el primer mes entero (me obligan a pagar todo el mes aunque vaya las 2 ultimas semanas) mas el deposito. Porque se lo tengo que pagar a ellos??donde esta el dueno de la casa??Evidentemente no quiero pagar nada, y si el piso no existe?y si le digo de pagar una parte minima para que me guarden la habitacion?nose que hacer!gracias!

Hola Lex! En Alemania está muy extendido el subarrendamiento, no es como aquí, que los dueños no permiten subarreendar habitaciones. Pero visto lo visto, yo no pagaría un piso sin haberlo visto antes. O al menos pagaría una muy pequeña cantidad para la reserva, pero todo el mes… Para nada! =)

He «hablado»con el por skype. Le he visto la cara pero decía que no podía hablar, que no le funcionaba el micrófono… Que me contestaba al email y sorpresa… el mismo mensaje similar a los aquí puestos, que no podía ver la casa porque desde hace una semanas trabaja en la India… ni más ni menos…

En fin… que santa paciencia…

Efectivamente es fraude, con este señor que se hace llamar Marcus Mestrov. Ahora también en Heidelberg, Alemania. Pide 500€ De depósito y 400€ de renta. Infortunadamente en nuestro caso por confiados no sospechamos sino hasta hoy que no aparecía con las llaves y nos encontramos con esta gran sorpresa!!! Quisimos poner el anuncio para advertir a muchos otros estudiantes de esta situación y no dejarse robar! El dinero fue transferido por moneygram a nombre de Marcus Mestrov.
Es increíble ver que cómo este personaje lleva ańos robando de la misma manera y no pasa nada.
